To create a coastal garden that reflects the client’s love of Italy.

The Response
A palette of natural materials, including gravel and timber, is combined with pockets of Mediterranean-inspired planting to provide year-round structure and visual interest. Plants are arranged informally, with a deliberately self-seeded feel, echoing the spontaneity and understated beauty of coastal landscapes and evoking the timeless character of Italian gardens.
